The IMS is a secure (spam free) email portal, developed for InfoCasa clients and offered as a free service; it is designed specifically to help our clients communicate, easily and efficiently, with other subscribers of the program. The program was specifically developed for subscribers to communicate non-biased relevant property news, property sales, rentals and requests.

The IMS already has a proven track record within the Costa del Sol – it is an extremely useful selling tool and many clients have reported sales that they would otherwise not have achieved.
Emails can be posted within the program and are sent automatically to all participating clients within your area / region; responses go directly to the subscriber that posted the message.
Subscriber’s can select to receive mail from just one or a number of regions; select from: Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Costa Brava and the Balearics.
An automatic signature ensures that subscribers do not forget to include essential contact details and a history file of ‘Saved messages’ allows all subscribers to view the last 100 messages posted within each region / area; this facility includes a search option.
Administration of your IMS account is in your domain.

A subscriber can choose to ‘Unsubscribe’ from the service at anytime.

A subscriber can change either the dedicated email account or password, first unsubscribe the now redundant account and then complete another ‘Request to join’ with your new details.

A subscriber can amend their signature within the ‘Edit your signature’ section on the account at anytime. A signature is required to post messages.

A subscriber can amend region selection ‘Receive emails from area (s)’ at any time.
All applications are flagged for approval and only recognised client ‘Company’ email accounts are approved by InfoCasa personnel. Applicants will receive account confirmation by mail so please ensure working email accounts are used to apply for IMS.
We recommend that only one account is set up per company, mails can be posted by any number of users by using the same Log in passwords, but the processing of incoming messages is more efficiently handled if a dedicated person is appointed to review this mail from one account.
If you wish to send messages outside your region you would require a separate account ‘Request to join’ using a different company email account under the region required.
